正式なコメントは出ていませんが、Avast Antivirus の最新版は、最近出たWindows 10 1909 に対応しています。
正確には、Avast Antivirus バージョン19.5.2378 以前のバージョンには、Windows 10 1909 (及びその前のバージョンである1903) との間に互換性問題があることが報告されています。逆に言えば、これ以降のバージョンでは互換性問題は確認されていません。
